The Computers

The computers are the latest band to grab my attention, I've seen them a few times over the last 6 months or so, the last time was a one off headline show at Carlisle Brickyard before taking on the main support slot for the PABH tour which kicks off in Glasgow King Tut's tonight.

I'll be at the PABH Newcastle show but it's mainly to see The Computers who just get better and better every time I see them.

There will probably be a few people on here who will be disappointed to hear that most of my taping efforts will now be directed towards this band for the foreseeable future.

In a way TJF have brought this about by themselves by spending so much time in the US.
You're neglecting your core fanbase by spending so much time over there!

Good luck for the future and I hope you make it massive when you eventually get back to Europe but I doubt I'll be doing any more of your tours again.

I had a great time following the Big Roar tour across both the UK and Europe so many thanks for some great memories of 15 fantastic headline gigs.

Cheers!

Hi Sixteen, sad to hear your TJF touring days are numbered, good meeting you at the gigs and thanks for the excellent tapes!

In the meantime will check out The Computers.

Hope to see you at other gigs in the future mate.

I may well still turn up at the odd gig here and there but I think that's it for the prolonged spells following their tours.

Time to move on, but I'll still be taping :-)

Impressed with this band last night, can't say I would buy any of their recorded stuff but worth worth catching live.

I agree, this band are awesome. I saw them support The Subways in September last year and was impressed, then I saw them support Pulled Apart By Horses last week and they've become one of the best small live bands i've ever seen. The sooner they play somewhere I can get to again the better.

I took this last week too:
