Has anyone got a clean recording of the Black Session' from Paris - 10.3.2011 Audio, The copy i have has a really annoying hiss throughout, Please pm if you can help, Thanks everyone.

yeah, that's the one... I didn't think it was that bad... I had a listen this morning and couldn't hear any hiss...
I think someone at some point might have said that there is an mp3 or something version floating around with better quality... can't remember though...

Does anyone have an audio recording of the Manchester academy gig of last Sunday?. I was at this gig , being the 21st time having seen TJF and thought they were fantastic.The best they have ever been and certainly the best TJF gig that i've witnessed. ( even though it was spoilt at times by a couple of disrespectful tw*ts constantly talking to each other or on their phones....why go to a gig to have conversations??!!
Anyway, rant over, if anyone does have a recording please could you up it on here or let me have a contact so I can get in touch.

Two of us have posted our recordings on Dimeadozen, at least two other recordings exist. I can upload mine and the other one to megaupload and post the link over the weekend if you like. Would you rather have flacs or mp3s?

There is also DVD potentially in the pipeline - not sure whether it will be totally complete, may miss the odd track as there were a few issues with obstacles (the big bell) for the prime cameraman! Anyone who has any footage drop me a PM as StrawdogRob, who I think has been by default volunteered to do it, could probably use it.

BTW show off, I've only seen them 15 times!

It was a fantastic gig and would love to hear it again.
One of my other faves was TJF at the Barfly in Liverpool on 31/5/2009. It was a glorious hot day and evening and there were only about 30 people in attendance that night but the band were on top form .
Has anyone got a recording of this gig? A rarity I guess if anyone has, due to the small but very appreciative audience.

The Liverpool Barfly show isnt circulating, but I think it exists. I met a taper at the Derby gig a few days after (we both taped it) and I'm 90% sure he said he had taped them at Livepool a few days before (he's based in the Northwest). He gave me a little card with his details and I've dropped him a message asking if he'd mind digging it out.

No problem - the recording I uploaded was actually Strawdogrob's, but I'll have a drink off you anyway! Mine came out pretty well as well, but isn't significantly different to bother with unless you are dead keen.

Liverpool 2009 recording does exist BTW, the taper has replied to my message and has kindly offered to upload it sometime - I'll let you know when it turns up I find a lot of recordings don't turn up for a while because a lot of tapers are prolific and just don't have enough time to sort everything, so quite often its only when someone asks that they sort stuff, so thanks for reminding me about this one as I had forgotten about it.
